How to request web maintenance on a project basis

• Create a to-do list of website changes.  Email us or call us with a list of what website changes are needed. If you are not sure what the list should be, we can also help create the list.
   
• We will work, how you like to work. If you know exactly what changes to your website are needed, just tell us and we will get it done. If you need direction on what to do next, we can help with that too.   
   
• Generate Work Order. We will take the to-do list for your website and generate a work order listing the tasks that need to be finished.  The work order will provide a fixed price for the project.
   
• Review Work Orders before we begin. You will be asked to review each work order and approve the price quote before work begins. We also give customers the opportunity to line-item-veto anything on the work order they do not want to proceed with right away.
   
• Web Maintenance Pricing. Once the work order is approved, the costs are fixed for the tasks identified in the work order. If we say a website update will take an hour, you are billed for an hour. If we end up needing two hours, the price is fixed, you are still billed one hour.
