Statement of Intent for our Customers

• We will work with what you have. We believe that your existing website can perform at a level needed to grow your business. Our philosophy is small, incremental website changes over time until optimal performance levels are reached. We are not a design firm and we will not try to sell you a new website.
   
• You do not have to move your website. In fact, moving your website will negatively impact your search engine rankings. As long as you can provide us access to the website, we will work with your current hosting company.
   
• Search engines are important to all websites. All of our recommendations and website updates are done with search engine rankings in mind, whether or not you purchase search engine optimization services.
   
• We love website questions. Call us anytime if you have an idea for a project for your website. We only charge if we actually touch your website.
   
• We base our pricing on the amount of website that you have. Small business websites are priced differently than bigger websites. Items like database-driven content and e-commerce functionality will impact pricing. Our pricing is fixed. We always provide a work order with an initial bid for you to accept before beginning any work. Once you see the pricing you can always prioritize tasks and “line-item-veto” items from the work order.
   
• Our recommendations are based on what you need. In order to make money from your website, you may not need a fancy website with lots of graphics, animations, or programming. Well prepared, researched and customer-focused content is what will produce results. We are interested in performance, not price tag.
